  • Money tracked on three axes — revenue pro-rated per night, collections by payment date and commissions per channel — plus overdue-deposit alerts
  • Reports on revenue, occupancy, expenses with receipt uploads and restaurant activity
  • One-way iCal feeds for Airbnb and Booking.com, a Google Sheets mirror for partners and tracked transactional emails

  • Historical bookings migrated from the owner's spreadsheet, with calendar feeds for booking platforms
